Quotes, Pricing & Estimates
- Estimates provided over the phone, by text, or through our online form are based on the information you provide (photos, description, volume) and are non-binding until confirmed on-site.
- Final pricing is based on the actual volume, weight, type, and accessibility of items, and the labor required for removal.
- We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees; any additional charges (e.g., for hazardous items, excessive weight, or difficult access) will be communicated and agreed to before work begins.
- Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings; the price you’re quoted applies only to the specific job discussed.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed by phone, text, or email.
- We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, access issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delay and reschedule promptly.
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a trip/cancellation fee at our discretion, disclosed to you in advance where practical.
Customer Responsibilities
By booking a Service, you represent and confirm that:
- You are the property owner or are authorized by the property owner/tenant to have the listed items removed;
- The items you are requesting to be removed are not stolen, are legally yours to dispose of, and are accurately described to us;
- You will disclose any hazardous, flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous materials in advance (see Section 5);
- Access to the pickup location (driveway, yard, stairs, doors) is reasonably clear and safe for our crew to perform the work.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept certain items, which may include (without limitation): hazardous chemicals, asbestos, medical/biohazard waste, explosives, ammunition, propane tanks, certain paints and solvents, and other regulated hazardous materials. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before booking so we can advise you or refer you to an appropriate disposal option.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking or displayed on our Site.
- Quoted prices are due in full at time of service; unpaid invoices may accrue late fees and may be referred to collections at our discretion.
Disposal, Recycling & Donations
We make reasonable efforts to donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of items in accordance with applicable Tennessee and local regulations. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled rather than landfilled, as this depends on the item’s condition and the acceptance policies of local donation/recycling partners.
Limitation of Liability
- We take reasonable care while performing Services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from heavy-item removal (e.g., minor scuffs to flooring, walls, or doorways during large item extraction), or damage resulting from inaccurate information you provided about an item’s size, weight, or condition.
- Our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee law.
If you believe our crew caused damage to your property, please notify us within 48 hours of service so we can investigate and address the issue.
Insurance & Licensing
Clarksville Junk Removal Pro represents that it carries general liability insurance appropriate for the junk removal services it performs. Certificates of insurance are available upon reasonable request.
Website Use
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not use the Site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
